ICRC Resource Details 2014 Dual Eligible Demonstration Enrollment Data

The Integrated Care Resource Center (ICRC) developed a table on monthly dual eligible demonstration enrollment data by state and Medicare-Medicaid Plan. The data was pulled together from The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services’ Medicare Advantage Monthly Enrollment by Contract report.

MMCO Releases Analytic Report on Medicare-Medicaid Enrollee Population

The Medicare-Medicaid Coordination Office (MMCO) released an updated analytic report on the Medicare-Medicaid enrollee population and demographic characteristics from 2006 through 2013. Among the key finding were:

New CHCS Resource on Cal MediConnect Providers Summit

The Center for Health Care Strategies (CHCS) organized a Cal MediConnect Providers Summit for the California Department of Health Care Services last month. The summit, conducted in partnership with Harbage Consulting and funded in part by The SCAN Foundation, was attended by more than 400 physicians, independent practice association representatives, skilled nursing facility staff, and other clinicians who are on the front lines of implementing the Cal MediConnect demonstration. The summit shared successful approaches that providers and health plans have used to serve dually eligible beneficiaries and to meet early implementation challenges since the demonstrations began.
