Tera Bianchi, MSW, is the Director of Partner Engagement at Community Catalyst. Tera has over 15 years of experience in advancing public policies related to oral health, workforce, housing and homelessness, and child welfare through advocacy, campaign development, and coalition building.

Previously, Tera worked to improve access to oral health care for Washington State as an oral health access project manager with the Children’s Alliance in Seattle. Tera has also worked as an advocacy coordinator with the Washington State Coalition for the Homeless, campaign manager for the Seattle House Levy, and a policy analyst for the Children’s Home Society of WA. Prior to her advocacy work, Tera was a direct service social worker. 

Tera received a Master of Social Work (MSW) with a focus on public policy from the University of Washington.
