Reena Singh

Chief Program Officer

Reena Singh is the Chief Program Officer at Community Catalyst. She oversees our technical assistance services to state and local organizations and identifies new and emerging strategies for our coaching and support, while maintaining a commitment to Community Catalyst’s unique approach to capacity building.

Reena started at Community Catalyst as a Field Coordinator in 2007. Prior to joining Community Catalyst, Reena served as the Director of Advocacy at the MergerWatch Project, where she worked with national and state coalitions to protect patients' rights and access to care from the threat of religiously-based health care restrictions. Previously she was the Legislative Liaison for the Planned Parenthood League of Massachusetts. Reena was selected to participate in Boston University’s Institute for Nonprofit Management & Leadership Program and the National Women's Law Center's Progressive Leadership and Advocacy Network. She received her BA from Skidmore College and her master's degree in public policy and administration from Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs where she received the Harvey Picker Prize for Public Service.

Community Catalyst works to ensure consumer interests are represented wherever important decisions about health and the health system are made: in communities, courtrooms, statehouses and on Capitol Hill.
