Marissa Korn

Program and Advocacy Associate, State Consumer Health Advocacy Program

Marissa Korn serves as a Program and Advocacy Associate for the State Consumer Health Advocacy Program (SCHAP). In this role, Marissa contributes to the organization’s advocacy and campaign efforts, while providing programmatic support to the SCHAP program. Prior to joining Community Catalyst, Marissa interned at the Barbara Lee Family Foundation, an organization that advances women’s equality and representation in American politics. Marissa has also worked as a legislative intern for State Senator Karen Spilka, assisting in policy research and constituent services. Marissa holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Economics, with a minor in Women’s Studies, from Northeastern University.

Community Catalyst works to ensure consumer interests are represented wherever important decisions about health and the health system are made: in communities, courtrooms, statehouses and on Capitol Hill.
