Prior to joining Community Catalyst, Dan interned for Marketing Partners, Inc., a communications firm for non-profits, socially responsible organizations and advocacy groups. There, he helped launch the Vermont Early Childhood Education campaign, Let’s Grow Kids. He then went on to work for Vermont’s largest news organization, the Burlington Free Press, where he was responsible for developing digital strategy and managing much of the organization's online content.  Dan holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Vermont, where he studied Political Science and Public Communication.

Community Catalyst works to ensure consumer interests are represented wherever important decisions about health and the health system are made: in communities, courtrooms, statehouses and on Capitol Hill.
