Carrie Rogers, MPH, is an Associate Director of the State and Community Health Advocacy Program at Community Catalyst. In this role, Carrie manages relationships with state and community-based advocacy organizations throughout the country across a variety of projects.

Carrie spearheads much of the organization’s outreach and education work, ensuring collaboration across projects. She also directs the Organizing for Outreach project, which focuses on Medicaid and Marketplace outreach enrollment, with an emphasis on Black, Latinx, Asian and Pacific Islander, LGBTQ+, immigrant, rural, and low-income communities.

Carrie first joined Community Catalyst in 2013 as a program associate for a Missouri-specific outreach, education, and enrollment project. Her experience includes facilitation, training, and technical assistance.

Carrie received a bachelor’s degree in physical education from Missouri State University and a Master of Public Health (MPH) with a concentration in behavioral science and health education from Saint Louis University.
