POSITION SUMMARY

This is an exciting time for Community Catalyst with a new strategic plan and a new multi-year plan to grow the organization’s donor community in support of health justice goals. As part of a small and growing development team, the Senior Individual Giving Officer will develop and implement a strategy to build a community of leadership donors as part of a new individual giving program. Reporting to the Deputy Director of Development and in collaboration with the Executive Director and program leadership, the Senior Officer will manage a portfolio of donors; increase donor engagement through regular stewardship communication, events, and meetings; and produce mail and email solicitations. The Senior Officer will identify, qualify and upgrade current Community Catalyst supporters and actively develop a pipeline of new donors. The Senior Officer supervises the Development Coordinator.

The Senior Individual Giving Officer is supervised by the Deputy Director of Development.
