POSITION SUMMARY

The Office Administrator is a shared staff employee who supports Community Catalyst, Health Care For All, Health Law Advocates and Community Cooperative Care organizations.  This position is responsible for ensuring the day-to-day operations of these organizations are functioning smoothly and efficiently.  The Office Administrator provides high quality front desk coverage and is a key contributor within the Administration team.  The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of assignments, possess strong interpersonal skills and is process-oriented.

SUPERVISION

The Office Administrator is supervised by the Director of Human Resources for Community Catalyst.
