Vote For My Health
National health care reform, the kind of real change that would improve millions of lives, can be a reality. Massachusetts passed its landmark health reform law in 2006 and, while a work in progress, it is clear that remarkable improvements have been made to reduce the number of uninsured and set standards for insurance companies.
Comprehensive national health care reform follows many of the same prinicples. In Massachusetts, 71% of residents are in favor of the reform, and ongoing engagement by public officials, advocates, health providers, insurers and business groups continue to build on its promise. In this short video, a variety of people from the state talk about what heath care reform has meant in Massachusetts and could mean for our country.
