Speakers included John McDonough, Professor, Harvard School of Public Health; Andy Hyman, Team Director and Senior Program Office for Health Care Coverage, Robert Wood Johnson Foundation; and Mary Vallier-Kaplan, Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Endowment for Health, New Hampshire.
