Christine Barber
Senior Policy AnalystAs Senior Policy Analyst at Community Catalyst, Christine Barber conducts research and analysis on health policy at the state and national levels, and she works closely with consumer advocacy groups to expand access to quality affordable health care. At Community Catalyst, she has worked on private insurance, health insurance Exchanges, consumer assistance programs and Medicaid issues. Prior to joining Community Catalyst, Christine worked in the Massachusetts House of Representatives, including as a Research Analyst for the Joint Committee on Health Care Financing, where she worked on the 2006 Massachusetts Health Care Reform Law. Christine also previously worked on welfare policy for various projects, and she has experience with community organizing and outreach with low-income populations. She holds a BA in sociology from the College of the Holy Cross and an MS in public administration with a concentration in social policy from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
Community Catalyst is a national non-profit advocacy organization working to build consumer participation in the health care system.
