Anton is the Chief Executive Officer of 937 Strategy Group, LLC, a minority-owned management consulting and professional services firm based in the United States.

Prior to 937 Strategy Group, Anton served as the Chief Diversity Officer and Executive Director of Community Health Innovation at Medical University of South Carolina. Anton is a former advisor to President Barack Obama and the world’s leading authority on Socially Conscious Leadership. Anton helps leaders and organizations mitigate high turnover, workplace incivility, and intolerant culture by developing diverse, high-performing teams, with engaged employees, and great leaders that achieve their mission. He has a Masters Degree in Social Work from USC and was a Resident Fellow at Harvard. He is the bestselling author of The Presidential Principles and has been featured in TIME magazine, Inc Magazine, the Wall St Journal, BBC, NPR, and on Good Morning America. As a speaker and consultant, he has worked with organizations like Mercedes-Benz, Optum, Sodexo, KPMG, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Aetna, Tanger Outlets, Vanderbilt Health, ACHE, FINRA, and Boeing. He is a former SEC football player and the first African American in history elected to the SC legislature from District 79 early in his career to now working as a management consultant and leadership trainer and serving on multiple boards, he has spent his life helping organizations transform their uninspired, disengaged employees and ineffective teams into diverse high performing teams and world-class culture with leaders that everyone admires.
